RTO & Cancellations Policy

RTO

If you cancel your order or don't collect it, or provide a wrong address or number, the parcel will be returned to us (RTO). Since we don't allow cancellations post-dispatch you can’t claim a refund, you'll need to pay shipping charges again to get it re-sent.

Cancellations

The policy states that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This means that customers should carefully review their order before confirming, as they will be responsible for the payment and receipt of the order. If there are any concerns or issues, they should be directed to customer support before the order is processed.
